Our story
Spendalyst was built out of frustration with traditional budgeting apps. Envelopes, zero-based plans, and 50/30/20 rules all demand upkeep most people can't sustain. We wanted something quieter: an app that watches where your money actually went each week and tells you — in plain English — what to pay attention to next. No budgets to maintain, no color-coded categories to fight with, no shame.
Today Spendalyst connects to your accounts through Plaid (read-only), detects your recurring charges and price rises, and sends a weekly coaching card so you can adjust before the month gets away from you.
Who's behind this
